In my sixth year residing in New York City I made the great leap of living alone.  I have to admit I have never been more happier to know that I was the one who ruined something or left the dishes unwashed.  If I couldn’t find my long lost clothes or shoes, or didn’t clean up well enough after that last small house gathering I hosted, it was no ones fault but my own!  However, in that joyous leap I also took on a 450 square foot studio.  Anyone who has ever been to visit an independently living New Yorker they know that studios can come in on all shapes and (extremely small) sizes.  I, however, hit the lucky button with the amount of the space that I scored at a pretty fair market price.  But because living all of your life in one room results in many changes and revamping of the space, well my addiction to HGTV probably has more to do with this than not. Nonetheless, this small installment is my Chateau 15M Series, Office Space. Sorry I never snapped before pictures but here is the after and it was done all under $50.
